![]() ![]() I do see there is a newer firmware version available for your RLC-520A: v3.1.0. You could request Reolink support to include this in the firmware for your camera type. If you want 100% AI detection, the camera firmware needs to support rich ONVIF notifications: ONVIF WS base-notification messages schould include the Vehicle/Pet/Person rules and states. This will make sure all motion events will come through.ĪI will be detected only if motion is detected at the same time (which I think is most of the time the case). I made this PR #89798 that will solve the problem and shields the callback from cancellation. During this time the webhook callback task would be cancelled (or garbage collected), stopping the processing while still waiting on the response. Your camera (RLC-520A) does not (yet) support rich ONVIF notifications, therefore when receiving a ONVIF push it will poll the status of the AI detection which takes about 0.5 to 1.5 seconds. It took me quite some hours, but I was able to reproduce the issue and figure out what is going on. Download abilenetech Overview History () FTP updates including TLS 1. It looks like ONVIF motion events are being received by the integration but not triggering the sensors. I have tried "everything" including the "find/inspect" button in BI to refresh the ONVIF values.Vehicle & person sensors are not being triggered by push notifications from RLC-520A V2 camera. Sending http commands to my 5442 from blue iris to switch between day/night modes is no longer working. Funny thing is i had to do that for both cameras, even if they use a completely differen web GUI (I had already checked that the ONVIF user had the same admin user/pass in the cameras setup)Īnyway, that solved the issue I had and IVS triggering to Blue Iris is working perfect again. ![]() Started reading a lot of threads on this forum, and one suggestion I found was disabling ONVIF authentication in the cameras web interface: That did not help so I rolled back to a previous BI version to eliminate that also. The first thing I tried was resetting everything, then Factory defaulting the 5442 cam using IE browser only (yes, 3 times), setting the camera including IVS up from scratch in browser before deleting and adding the camera again in BI. Fanvil sent me a new firmware that resolved the RTSP stream stability issue (though after trying every permutation I could not get it working in Blue Iris, though it worked in VLC) BUT it crashed the sip calling and prevented users from dialing to get into the building. The only change I did prior to this was: this sunday I logged in to both cameras web interface to adjust the internal clock (I use cameras own overlay, and they are on a separate VLan without internet access.) and did some minor adjustments to the image conditions which I have done many times before, also using Chrome browser. I also got "thousands" of yellow warnings continously counting in the BI log with "events: subscription: 00000190" I suddenly noticed that none of the Dahuas were triggering BI anymore. ![]() (Even the 4K-T is set up that way, thanks to wittaj that provided the special http commands that is needed for those newer Dahuas) I have them set up as many others here with IVS doing the triggering and having Blue Iris sending http commands to change between day and night profiles according to sunrise/sunset. I have a 5442 and a IPC-color4k-t along with a couple of other cameras on Blue Iris. ![]()
